Is this a cleaning service?
No. While light surface preparation is included, Gentle Retreat & Co. is not a cleaning company. We create spa-like home environments through ambiance styling, scent layering, and wellness-based touches designed to restore your peace and energy.
What’s included in a retreat?
Each retreat includes scent styling, soft lighting, wellness ambiance, a tea station, personalized notes, and light surface prep. You’ll receive a full sanctuary transformation across your selected spaces. (See “What’s Included” for details.)
Do I need to be home during my retreat?
Not at all — most clients most likely prefer to return to the finished transformation. We’ll arrange access during your walkthrough and make sure everything is seamless and secure.
How long does it take?
Each retreat typically takes 2–4 hours depending on the home and add-ons. We’ll give you a time frame during your walkthrough.
Do I need to clean before my appointment?
Not at all. If extra prep is needed beyond what’s included, you can add our Sanctuary Prep service to ensure your space is fully ready for the transformation.
Can I request something custom, like fresh flowers or personal styling?
Absolutely. Custom styling requests are available by quote and can be discussed during your walkthrough. We love curating personal touches.
What cities do you serve?
We serve Collierville, Germantown, Cordova, Bartlett, and surrounding areas in Tennessee including Mississippi. (Need to check for availability outside this range.)
